ڈیو زبری، برطانیہ – پاکستان پیپلز پارٹی (پی پی پی) برطانیہ نے ڈیو زبری میں شہید ذوالفقار علی بھٹو کو خراج تحسین پیش کرنے کے لیے ایک یادگاری تقریب کا انعقاد کیا۔ اس پروگرام کی میزبانی چوہدری محمد تاج، صدر پی پی پی ڈیو زبری، نے کی، جبکہ اس اجلاس کی صدارت مہمانِ خصوصی محسن باری، صدر پی پی پی برطانیہ، نے کی۔

اپنے کلیدی خطاب میں محسن باری نے اس بات پر زور دیا کہ پاکستان کی سیاسی جماعتوں کو یہ سمجھنا چاہیے کہ ان کی اہمیت صرف اس صورت میں باقی رہتی ہے جب پاکستان معاشی اور سماجی طور پر مستحکم ہو۔ انہوں نے تمام بیرون ملک پاکستانیوں کو، چاہے ان کا تعلق کسی بھی سیاسی جماعت سے ہو، پاکستان اور اس کے اداروں کی بہتری کے لیے مل کر کام کرنے کی اپیل کی۔
تقریب میں مقررین اور شرکاء نے شہید ذوالفقار علی بھٹو کی قیادت، بصیرت، اور پاکستان کی ترقی کے لیے ان کی بے مثال خدمات کو خراج تحسین پیش کیا۔ انہوں نے اس بات پر اتفاق کیا کہ بھٹو کی وراثت کو آگے بڑھانے کا بہترین طریقہ پاکستان پیپلز پارٹی
اور بلاول بھٹو زرداری کی حمایت ہے، جو ان کے مطابق موجودہ چیلنجز سے پاکستان کو نکالنے کی صلاحیت اور وژن رکھتے ہیں۔
Dewsbury, UK – Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) United Kingdom held a commemorative event in Dewsbury to celebrate the life and legacy of Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto. The program was hosted by Chaudhry Muhammad Taj, President of PPP Dewsbury, and presided over by the Chief Guest, Mohsin Bari, President of PPP UK. Chaudhry Nadeem (Vice President PPP UK) & Zafar Hussain (President North Zone) were the chief organisers of the program.
The event was attended by several prominent PPP leaders, including Azher Baralvi, General Secretary PPP UK; Khawaja Kaleem ur Rehman, Senior Vice President PPP UK; Zahid Mughal, Information Secretary PPP UK; Sajid Ali Kureishi, Vice President PPP UK; Naseem Rathor, President Bradford; Aftab Baghi, Chairman of the Kashmir Committee; Chaudhry Yaqoob, Chaudhry Qayyum, and Qudsia Bano, Councillor, among others.
In his keynote address, Mohsin Bari emphasized the critical need for Pakistan’s political parties to recognize that their relevance lies in ensuring the country’s economic and social stability. He urged overseas Pakistanis from all political affiliations to come together and work for the betterment of Pakistan and its institutions.
Speakers and attendees at the event paid heartfelt tributes to Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto’s visionary leadership and enduring contributions to Pakistan’s progress. They highlighted that the best way to carry his legacy forward is by supporting the Pakistan Peoples Party and Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, who they believe possess the capability and vision to steer Pakistan out of its current challenges.
The event reinforced the importance of unity and collective efforts in strengthening Pakistan’s democracy and institutional integrity while honoring the lasting legacy of Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto.
